American Marine Return Policy

American Marine Inc. return policy is valid for 30 days from original date of purchase. Unfortunately, returns received after 30 days from date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.

American Marine Inc. is responsible for warranty claims. However, return of goods for exchange, refund or credit must be negotiated with the Seller/Distributor of original purchase.

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Some refunds may take up to 45 days to post to your account depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@americanmarineusa.com and send your item prepaid to: American Marine Inc., 54 Danbury Rd., Suite 172, Ridgefield, Connecticut 06877 USA.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should return your product prepaid to: American Marine Inc., 54 Danbury Rd., Suite 172, Ridgefield, Connecticut 06877 USA.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. American Marine Inc. does not accept CODs. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring your return.
